Overview
Outdoor Living Decor Pros LLC, doing business as The Outdoor Pros (“The Outdoor Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates this store and website, including its related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide them to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services, create an account, communicate with us, or purchase a product.
By visiting, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not access or use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
Section 1 — Eligibility and Accounts
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
You may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, and payment information. You agree that the information you provide will be accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your customer account to another person without our written permission.
Section 2 — Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, prices, colors, dimensions, materials, images, availability, and other information accurately.
Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and the device used to view the product. Reasonable variations that do not materially change the product may occur.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may be corrected or updated before an order is accepted. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.
Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected product and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section limits rights involving products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their descriptions.
Section 3 — Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not prevent us from reviewing the order for payment authorization, fraud, availability, pricing errors, shipping limitations, or other legitimate concerns.
We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability;
- An incorrect price or product description;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
- An unsupported shipping destination;
- Unusually large quantities or suspected unauthorized resale;
- A violation of these Terms; or
- A legal or safety restriction.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion to the original payment method.
Please review your products, options, quantities, billing information, and shipping address before submitting an order. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Section 4 — Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellation or modification requests should be submitted as soon as possible by emailing theoutdoorprosllc@gmail.com.
We will attempt to stop or modify the order, but a cancellation or change cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Section 5 — Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Product prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change before an order is placed. The price charged will be the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious pricing error.
Applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes will be displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.
You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information. Payment information may be processed by Shopify and third-party payment providers according to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
If a product was displayed with an obvious pricing or listing error, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue a refund. We will not substitute a higher price without your agreement.
Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, dates, exclusions, redemption limits, and other terms. If promotion-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will control for that promotion.
Section 6 — Shipping and Delivery
Shipping destinations, costs, order processing, tracking, delivery estimates, oversized-item delivery, delays, and shipping claims are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Products may be fulfilled from different warehouses. An order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier interruptions, supplier processing, address problems, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders within any timeframe represented before purchase. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe—or within the period required by applicable law when no shipping timeframe was stated—we will notify you and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected unshipped items for a prompt refund.
If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if a package arrives damaged or cannot be located, contact us promptly so we can investigate under our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
Section 7 — Returns, Refunds, and Product Claims
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged-item claims, defective-product claims, and final-sale restrictions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Do not return a product until you have received return authorization and the correct return instructions from The Outdoor Pros.
Any product-specific final-sale status, return restriction, restocking fee, or warranty term must be disclosed before purchase to apply, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Section 8 — Personal and Lawful Use
The Services are intended for lawful personal and household shopping unless we expressly agree otherwise.
You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorized access to an account or system, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
Section 9 — Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, design, arrangement, branding, logos, graphics, text, photographs, video, audio, and other materials are owned by or licensed to The Outdoor Pros and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Product photographs, trademarks, product names, and other materials provided by manufacturers, suppliers, Shopify, or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
You may access and use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, publicly display, sell, license, scrape, or exploit protected website content without permission from the applicable rights holder.
The Outdoor Pros name, logos, designs, and branding may not be used without our prior written permission.
Section 10 — Reviews, Feedback, and Other Submissions
If you submit a product review, photograph, suggestion, comment, idea, or other content (“Feedback”), you represent that you own the content or have permission to submit it.
You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute the Feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Feedback must be truthful and must not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or malicious content.
Any compensation or incentive received in connection with a review must be disclosed as required by law.
We may moderate or remove Feedback that violates these Terms, but we are not required to monitor all customer submissions.
Section 11 — Third-Party Tools and Services
The Services may provide access to features, applications, payment services, account tools, or other services operated by third parties.
Your use of a third-party tool or service may be governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. Review those terms before using the third-party service.
We are not responsible for an independent third-party service that we do not own or control. However, this section does not transfer responsibility for products purchased directly from The Outdoor Pros to a supplier or other third party.
Section 12 — Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may contain links to websites or platforms operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security, availability, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of unaffiliated third-party websites.
If you leave our website and complete a separate transaction directly with another business, that transaction is between you and that business and is governed by its terms.
The presence of a third-party link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party or its content.
Section 13 — Relationship With Shopify
The Services are powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products and Services to you.
Purchases made from this store are transactions directly between you and Outdoor Living Decor Pros LLC, doing business as The Outdoor Pros. Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our store.
Shopify may separately collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
Section 14 — Privacy
Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Shopify and other service providers may process personal information to host the website, process payments, prevent fraud, provide analytics, fulfill orders, support advertising, and provide related services.

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions involving product descriptions, specifications, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or availability.
We may correct an error or update information before an order is accepted. If a material error affects an order after submission, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and provide a refund.
We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product or increase the amount charged without your authorization.

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Section 17 — Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful conduct, security threats, abuse, nonpayment, or a material violation of these Terms.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that reasonably should continue—including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law—will survive termination.
Section 18 — Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and online features are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, or available at all times.
Product warranties, when available, will be identified in the product information or provided during the claim process. The Outdoor Pros does not provide a separate product warranty unless expressly stated.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits an express warranty, statutory warranty, consumer-protection right, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Section 19 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Outdoor Pros and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
When permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability resulting from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury where applicable law prohibits the limitation.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Section 20 — Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outdoor Living Decor Pros LLC, doing business as The Outdoor Pros, and its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from:

- Your violation of another person’s legal rights; or

This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or wrongdoing.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed when necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Section 22 — No Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Services and supersede prior versions relating to the same subject matter.
Section 23 — Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of business assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
Section 24 — Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal proceeding shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Jackson County, Mississippi, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Section headings are included for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
Section 26 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices, or legal requirements.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. When required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of a material change.
Changes will apply prospectively from their stated effective date unless applicable law permits otherwise.
